mjbleem
Is it possible to send multiple audio outputs of the AD2 recording to someone who doesn’t have it so they can work with\mixx the audio on Logic? I understand how to make auxiliary channels in Logic for AD2. I would like to send multiple audio tracks to someone - is that midi, or is it audio that is in the track? Can you do both? -can I send it to someone with Logic and would they be able to hear my recording w/out the plug in installed on their computer? -if so, will it be multi channel so they could mix individual drums/aux channels? Same question for EZDRUMMER 3 Thanks so much in advance Mike
des99
You'll need to bounce all the individual tracks as audio files, then the recipient doesn't need the plugin.
mjbleem
So as “aux” tracks is there something on each of those individually that can be bounced separate? When I look on a aux track I don’t see anything in it but the meter does react and I can solo it etc.
des99
Yep. If you want a quick way to bounce these out, add those aux tracks to the main arrange page, then you can use the track export options to export all tracks as audio files. There are other ways to bounce them out too...
mjbleem
so, when I go to that track, and aux track which is showing in the mixer...say it's a snare. I "create track" then it shows up in the arrange above. Do I then go to file>bounce track in place and that is going to bounce that one track? that doesn't give me an audio option....should I bounce the"project or section" then solo that track...? not sure what the steps are.....thanks for the help and your patience. des99
File -> Export, lots of options, play with it to understand the options and behaviour (and the manual explains them all of course, too.)
