Low Latency Mode not working at first input

Hello, everyone
Hope you guys are doing good!

So basically I have just noticed that after opening my template, as I always do, the Low Latency Mode, when toggled, is not working right away.
I turn it on and the tracking still exhibits delays, just like LLM wasn't on. Also, the tracks inside a track stack still output to the stack, whilst when LLM is properly working, stacks shouldn't show any signal coming out of them.
If I then go to Preferences/Audio and I just randomly change the buffer size to whatever value I want, the issue is fixed, so when LLM is on, it works as intended (I think it's due to the fact Core Audio gets restarted when you change buffer size). The thing is, I don't really wanna loose time doing that passage, you know what I mean? I just would like to know if you guys have any suggestions on how to make the LLM work straight away.
