ryotaneryo
Preset to load Logic Pro Drum Kit Designer in Sampler or Quick Sampler. Allows detailed editing of drum samples. If it is useful to all of you. Drum Kit Designer for Sampler Preset.zip
David Nahmani
Thanks! Is that basically the same as opening a DKD patch then replacing DKD with Sampler on the channel strip?
ryotaneryo
Yes same!! Have prepared this for those who do not know that. Made it simpler and easier. And It is also possible to load only the drum parts you need. Edited June 6, 2022 by ryotaneryo

soundengine
OK - I admit it, I'm a big dummy. Which folder does this go into? LOL.

JakobP
It seems the claps on D#1 doesn't "transfer" when switching from DKD to Sampler, tried the Blue Ridge Kit from your presets, but it's the same with them, no claps on D#1 in Sampler...
BradyOKeefe
Hi, thanks so much for this, absolute gamechanger that I wish I had looked into earlier. But a big question I have now: Is it possible to use the Dampening feature that is available in the normal Drum Kit Designer? Can't see anything in the Sampler that references Dampening after loading some kits into it.
ryotaneryo
I upgraded from Logic 10.7.4 to 10.7.8 along with macOS and now it won't load. Renaming from .pst to .exs didn't help either😇.

However, it is necessary to rename the file extension from "pst" to "exs". Place the folder in the following location User → Music → Audio Music Apps → Sampler Instruments
