David Nahmani
In that case the best is to save all of that inside a project. You can use File > Import > Logic Projects to import a track along with its plug-ins and regions from another project. If you want to keep that track+regions independently of the current project you're working on, you can create a new empty project, import the track+regions into that new empty project, and save the new project with only that track+regions (or a collection of tracks+regions that you may want to reuse). When you next need to reuse it, import the track+regions from that project containing your saved tracks+regions.

wonshu
I think if you export the region as Apple Loop it will also retain the Channel Strip? At least for MIDI regions...

You click the "Settings" button at the very top of the channel strip and in the pop-up menu choose "Save a Performance". That saves the channel strip setting and associates it with a program change number of your choice. Then, when you send that program change number to a channel strip, the corresponding channel strip setting is loaded.
