How do I make an audio file faster and make the pitch higher accordingly while staying in concert pitch?

Hey guys, I am currently working with a sample that I would like to apply flex speed to change the pitch higher and also make it faster, but I am concerned that it would change the pitch and cause the audio file to be out of tune, which would in turn cause trouble with the backing instruments. Is there a way to speed up the audio as well as change the pitch so it is fast and sped up but still be in standard tuning?

If the sample is in your Sampler and mapped across the keys, then you can play it a semitone or tone up, and the Sampler will take care of pitching it for you. You can play it at any pitch you like...
