Foot steps that I recorded to be properly set up in logic sampler been having problems

Hi I recorded my footsteps like 15 samples and I’m i’m trying to prepare them so they can use in the sampler for Foley work help would be appreciative thanks

You can drag and drop all the samples to the bottom of the track header and choose Sampler or Drum Machine Designer:

then how he sets it up in Kontact  

He starts at 3:20-4:40

now how do I do this in logic Multi sampler ?

Yes I brought the whole audio file in the quick Sampler set it to Slice

Yes I see Logic Slice them all which is great but now there all keys flats and sharps

but I now need them to be in on two on just two keys not all keys

Heal  and Toe So example C 3 Heal D 3 Toe

this are mainly computer sounding footsteps

so I can create groups and round robins

Ok then on the channel strip, put your mouse pointer over the Quick Sampler plug-in and click the double-arrow on the right, and choose Sampler. Now go to the Mapping section and you can map each sample however you'd like.

Atfer Makeing 15 new groups and then Labeling each of them  heal  1-15 toe 1-15 and putting each slice in each each group and then I place them on the two keys C1 D1

 

as You see in gif animation the two when I hit C1 and D1 key this triggers the Heal Groups and Toe Groups

 

how do I get them to random from Heal 1 to Toe 1 etc...

About groups for the Heels and Toes since their 16 samples in total

 

so that 8 Heels 8 and Toes

 

how many groups should I create then to prepare for a round robin sorry trying to get this

You create 8 heel groups and 8 toe groups - one group for each sample.

You could also create 8 "step" group, each with one heel sample and one toe sample, if that's practical for your use.
