MacBook Air M2, 16GB on Monterey 12.5.1 unable to connect with Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2.AI is there a workaround?

Just purchased a new MacBook to use dedicated with Logic and Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2 AI.  Presonus have said that they will not work with Apple Silicon M1 processors.  Have you got a workaround so I can connect to my StudioLive with my new MacBook?

If you cannot make it work with the corresponding firewire and thunderbolt adapters, then I don't know what will especially if the manufacturer already tells you that it won't work.

There's only so much you can do with hardware issues.

Indeed if Presonus says it won't work then there's no workaround. You'll have to wait for them to release a compatible update or ditch it and get something compatible.

Oooh. This is frightening. 

I've got most of my gack in a storage unit while I'm traveling - including a Studio Live mixer. It will be a bummer if it no longer works, but it seems I need to get my head around that.
