A PSA in case someone with a Fractal Axe-FX connected to their Mac is experiencing intermittent Logic crashes (not triggered by any particular action), this posting in an Axe forum solved it for me (and others):

In summary: Settings > MIDI > Inputs:  uncheck Axe-Fx to suppress Logic from receiving unneeded MIDI traffic from the Axe.
