Aux channels can be panned just like other channel types, so you can use the usual method (put the reverb on an aux channel and then send to it via a bus), and then pan the aux channel however you want it.

You could also try using a reverb plugin in 'dual mono' mode and setting up the two channels appropriately (e.g. left 100% dry, right 100% wet).

[Edit: I should add that there may be additional considerations depending on whether the source signal is mono or stereo, and if stereo, what the nature of the stereo information is. So, how best to set things up may be context-dependent. But if it's just a mono guitar track, I don't think there should be any issues.]
