Leland
The violin isn’t playing while everything else is when dragged as an audio file into Logic Pro. Same thing into Garage Band. the file plays everything on any player. This is a file where i removed the vocals, but, again plays w player but not in Logic Pro. any ideas? David Nahmani
Can you share the file?
Leland
I have shrunk the file in order to make the case. Violin plays but not in LogicPro.mp3
David Nahmani
I hear the violin when I drag the track in Logic Pro here. Make sure you drag to a stereo audio track?
extrememixing
Sounds the same here, too. Steve
Solution scg Posted April 19, 2023 Solution Share Posted April 19, 2023 Not adding anything new here, but the violin sounds like it's panned all the way left or nearly so, so a channel format mixup or other stereo/mono problem could easily lose it.

Good point. If the input of the channel strip is set to right-only then the violin disappears.
