How can you assign a fractional value to tempo using the Tempo track?

I need my tempo to change within an arrangement to a fractional value using the tempo track. E.g. 97.5

When I am using the tempo track it seems to only allow whole values when I'm using the automation tool. So I can change the tempo from 93 to 97 but in whole increments. 93, 94,95,96 and 97

I can't find a way to raise the automation line in fractional steps like 93.1, 93.2 and etc. How might I get this to work?

If I try to accomplish it by manually raising the fractional value in the Tempo Display area, I get this dialog and forcing me to use the automation line.
