Danny Wyatt
I'm exploring the various types of modulation in the Note Property section and I would like to understand a few of them: KeyFollow (used to be called KeyFollowPorto, according to Apple's article) doesn't seem to be any different from KeyFollowFixed. I understand that KeyFollowFixed is similar to KeyTracking, but it's bipolar with C3 as the center value (0%). Apple's article on this says that there's a glide to the higher notes, but even if I change the glide value in the master section, I don't seem to hear anything significantly different, if at all. All I hear is the pitch glide. What's the purpose of KeyFollow? Speed: doesn't seem to have any effect, no matter how fast or slow I play. Any tips on how to use this? Max: this seems to be almost just like an ON/OFF switch. When this is on, the only thing we can do is move the Depth knob, so I wonder if there's any other practical use?
