Bradley Hagen
Unless I am missing a SIMPLER way to do this for years now, can't Logic simply allow the user to move channels around in the mixer view, like you can in the tracks view? Having to create a track, and then reshuffle the order in that window seems kind of silly to me....... Just sayin
Cod4hoogCaddis
Indeed, it would be convenient if Logic allowed users to directly move channels around in the mixer view, similar to how it can be done in the tracks view. While Logic does not currently offer this functionality, it's worth noting that the mixer view serves a different purpose and provides a different layout than the tracks view. The mixer view in Logic prioritizes the control and adjustment of individual channel parameters, such as volume, pan, sends, and plugins. Its design focuses on providing a convenient workspace for fine-tuning and processing audio elements. On the other hand, the tracks view offers a visual representation of the arrangement and organization of tracks in your project. While these methods require some additional steps compared to directly moving channels in the mixer view, they provide workarounds to help you achieve a more organized and streamlined workflow in Logic. Keep in mind that these options are based on the current version of Logic and may be subject to change in future updates.
