Gpo Posted October 18, 2023 Share Posted October 18, 2023 After a recent OS update my M1 stopped remembering the underscan setting for my external monitors. This means every time I start up I have to find it in the settings and adjust it to suit. After an age of looking for a fix I found a workaround that might help someone else. It's not ideal but better than nothing. Open the display in settings and leave the window parked on the desktop. Then go about your logic session. Upon shutdown tick the box to 'reopen windows after startup'. This means at least the underscan fader is right there next time you log on.
