Highlystrung Posted November 26, 2023 Share Posted November 26, 2023 Please see attached picture. I can create a new audio track and select my input 1&2 to record me playing guitar. If I select "No input" I then cannot reselect inputs... I can't work out how to get LP to allow me to reselect inputs. I'm sure it must be simple but need some guidance! David Nahmani Posted November 26, 2023 Share Posted November 26, 2023 If you click the Input slot, you should see a pop-up menu that lets you select the desired inputs? If you're trying to select a stereo input then click the little circle button to the left of the input slot to change the channel strip format. However if you're recording your guitar straight into your audio interface then it should normally be a mono recording? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However, I think I have found out how to fix it but not sure why... If I go to the LP audio settings and firstly change the input and output device and secondly then reset it - my selection process on the track input then allows me to select normally.
