volovicg
Thank you Jordi - Folder contains .AIF - I will just ask all my questions at once if that is ok 1/ Can I get the auto sampler to create Wav instead of AIF ? It doesn't seem to be affected by recording preferences. 2/ How do I set the output filename format to a convention of my choosing? meaning is there a way to define the filename using a regular expression or other means to allow conformance to a standard naming convention - for example KL47-KH50-VL00-VL127.wav (Key Low, Key High, Velocity Low, Velocity High) etc.
des99
These are all things you could do with the old full versions of these apps (AutoSampler, Keymap Pro etc), but the versions of these tools built into Logic are simplified and are designed not to give a huge amount of tweakable options and configurability, just a quick/simple way to getting an instrument sampled into the Sampler. After the instrument is created, you can edit it to your needs of course.
