AllTheButtons
I would like to remove overlapping MIDI notes, but only where the same note is overlapping itself - i.e. it only shortens the note if it overlaps with another note on the same line in piano roll. The standard Remove Overlaps command won't work this as it shortens notes if *any* other note plays, which is not what I want. I just want to clean up re-triggers of the same note. Is there any way to do this?
David Nahmani
You could select the notes and use the Remove Overlap with Selected command.

Ha, went looking for that in the key commands, and right next to it was " Remove Overlaps For Repeated" which is exactly what I'm after! 😀

DanRad
What a great tip!! I've now created a key command for remove overlap on repeated notes and I will save a lot of time!! Thank you!!
