canton
One of the best things about Logic Remote for iPad -- or stand-alone Logic Pro for iPad -- is the ability to do MPC-style finger drumming using live loops. I prefer this to using a physical grid-of-buttons instrument like a Push or Maschine because the touch screen clearly indicates what sample is underneath each button. Also I like how instead of just lighting up, the pads give you a pie chart / hourglass showing you where the loop is in its cycle. In this 90 second tutorial and demo I'll give you two tips that are essential if you want to do fast finger-drumming style loop manipulations, e.g. for doing real-time jungle / drum'n'bass cuts: Edited January 29 by canton
