northern Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 When I open project that has ML5 or Roots plugins from ML Soundlabs, first time I hit play button they give very loud peak (like +50db). After that everything works fine. I contacted them, but unfortunately they couldn't help. This happens only in Logic, not in Reaper so maybe the problem is in Logic. The fact that it doesn't happen in another DAW doesn't mean it's a Logic issue, could also be caused by slightly different implementations of the AU standard. Did you ask the developer if a) other Logic users reported this as well, b) they can reproduce it themselves and c) if they are already in contact with Apple regarding this issue?
