One track record enabled after multitrack take...

I've been using Logic for a long time and very few things flummox me, so I must be having a forgetful moment. I'd say 'senior' but I'm not that old!

After I record multiple tracks of audio at once, one of those tracks becomes record enabled, overriding the ability to record again on all tracks. Please see the following gif, which should clarify what I mean.

Can someone remind me why this is happening?

Seems like a bug to me. Happens when you have “Record” checked in the Group Settings. As you don’t really need that setting (you start the recording with the Folder Stack’s main track in focus, so the sub tracks will be auto rec enabled anyway) you could work around it by unchecking that setting.

Another workaround: Manually rec enable/dísable the tracks with  the Record group setting on. That way they all will follow.

Only seems to happen in (summing and folder) stacks, so flattening the stack would be another solution.

Yup! I can confirm this. Thanks! Was driving me mad. Pretty annoying bug.
