stickhead Posted February 29 Share Posted February 29 Hi folks, Since triggering logics drum kit designer with my Roland E-Drum works perfectly I thought it would be awesome to trigger the DMD as well. This works fine as well, only, same old problem, I don`t know how to tell DMD my closed/open hihat values. Does anyone know a solution for this? Solution David Nahmani Posted February 29 Solution Share Posted February 29 As far as I know there's no support in Drum Machine Designer for continually controlling the opening of the hi-hat. All you get is something more or less lie the General MIDI standard, with most existing DMD kits featuring three hi-hat sounds mapped to F#1, G#1 and A#1. You can however customize any DMD kit to your heart's content so you could implement the opening of the hi-hat if you wanted to. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
