Trek Vogel Posted March 17 Share Posted March 17 Hi, people! An issue and a question or two: I have a track with notes/data that begins a minute or so into my song. See attached. Immediately before the first notes, I have a volume designation inserted. Several notes later, I have two lengthy notes preceded by a vol. designation = to the earlier one, which is followed by a much lower vol. designation two bars later at the end of the long notes. The problem is: when I start play from the playhead as indicated, the volume drops as expected. BUT when I start song from measure 1, the volume does NOT change. What's up with that?? ---- An unrelated question (perhaps): Why is there automation option in the piano roll view AND in the track view? Any difference? Confusing ... Thanks in advance!!
