Sir Hannes
Hi, I am into bass heavy audio files right now and work while travelling with AirPodsPro. Is there any way to stop Logic producing this insance amount of clicks - if I stop jump anywhere and playback again: click! (ouch) - if I bypass or insert plugins on the fly: click! (ouch) These is related to the bass heavy content (think on drones/ atmospheres). Just have to protect my ears and limiter and other stuff is already in place. Would like to have a 20ms-audio-enginge-ramp after hitting playback like Steinberg Wavelab is capable of. Any ideas? 🙂 Edited March 28 by Sir Hannes
fuzzfilth
Against the Play click, put a Noise Gate on the Stereo Out (don't forget to bypass this before the final bounce). The Stop click will be way more tricky.
sunbrother
Doesn’t playback fade out on Stop if you have super high latency in a session? I feel like I have heard Logic doing this when I’m in very high latency mastering sessions. If so, you could emulate that by adding instances of that free Voxengo latency simulator. It will require some inconvenience though with all that latency. I do wish they’d let the user control this… Edited March 28 by sunbrother
