I select the area I want to change and turn it down, a small window shows me that values are decreasing - but nothing changes. Why do their programmers team show me that window and the values changing if I can't affect anything here, makes me wonder. I get what I want only (!) if I click on the horizontal line at the right corner and turn this down. I tried all modifiers and the Marquee tool isn't available here.
