Plugin manager: cannot delete custom made folder.

I am reorganizing my plugin and I have to delete custom made folder in the plugin manager, I have managed to delete almost all custom made folders, but some folder just cannot be deleted.

I made a folder with names: All Effects, All Delays, All Compressors. For some reason some custom made folder that start with "All" cannot be deleted. I restarted Logic and also my mac but to no avail. Is there some cache I have to clean or so? I don't wanna re-scan all my plugins, I just want to get rid of those custom made folders.

If you right-click on a category, there is an option to "Remove".

If they still won't go, there is a way to manually remove them by editing the tag database, I'll try and dig out the post I originally made about it...
