Getting weird blips and bleeps from Logic, does not seem to be coming from any specific audio source

Hey all, I attached a video of my problem here, towards the end of this two bar phrase, there is a glitchy bleep sound. I've heard other weird sounds at other points in the timeline, like digital noise. Although it doesn't happen every time I playback, and I hear it with other tracks soloed as well. Any ideas where this might be coming from?

Do you use an external sequencer (beatstep, etc.) or drum machine....or software alongside/with Logic?
I want to know why Logic is cycling at bar 61 and not bar 64, per your cycle region.

I'm not using any external gear.

Also, not quite sure I follow what you're saying about Logic cycling at bar 61 instead of 64. I have the cycle set up for bars 59 and on, but I'm also manually stopping it after two bars of playback.

Are you using any unauthorized/trial version plug-ins?

This was a session given to me by somebody else. There are some Izotope plugins I don't have, but have turned all of them off and those tracks are muted, still hearing it.

Also, are there any audio tracks with active Input Monitoring ?

Nope, double checked that and don't see any.

Open the Mixer, click the 'All' button in the Mixer's menu bar to see all channel strips, and see which channel strip's meters light up when you hear the blip?

Did that and still couldn't pin it down because it's so intermittent, but noticed there was automation to bypass a plugin on a bus at the point it's doing that. Could that cause weird noise like that?

Yes, it's possible the bypass automation is the cause of an audio glitch. If this is the case, is there an alternative plug-in that can be used?
You could experiment by manually bypassing the plug at other playback positions/disabling the automation, etc. to see if it changes things.
