m-m-m
could you just lift it off the beginning of 'money' by Pink Floyd??? That's probably what I would do anyway ....
biff_larken
could you just lift it off the beginning of 'money' by Pink Floyd??? That's probably what I would do anyway .... And perhaps run into legal issues for sampling? Wouldn't suggest this method, sorry.
Subtonic
And perhaps run into legal issues for sampling? Wouldn't suggest this method, sorry. You don't think they wouldn't notice the irony of suing somebody over using a sample from Money?

And perhaps run into legal issues for sampling? Wouldn't suggest this method, sorry. perhaps .... I don't know if I heard the chaching sampled from money I would say "oh man, they sampled money". I'm not saying to sample the whole intro or anything ... just that tiny snipet (probably less than 1 second). I guess I'm used to workin' on stuff that I'm sure would never make it into the hands of Pink Floyd or any of their Lawyers ... biff_larken
While I agree with the irony of the situation, I would just do what I could to find a royalty-free sample, man. Who knows what could happen otherwise. True, probably nothing, but why take the chance?
Subtonic
I agree. It probably isn't hard to find a sample you can legally use. I actually wouldn't doubt it if there's something appropriate already in the Logic Pro library. Alls ya got ta do is search for it in the loop library.
