leahbasskitten
i found a little secret to audio take folders by accident, that actually can be useful. when recording guitar or bass in loop mode, the take folders are excellent to just throw some random riffs down. but sometimes, the riff goes from one take to another, and i found a decent way around this: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3172/2552394415_93a70ebff1_o.png as you can see, the riff from take 34 crossed over to take 35. Now select the second half(take 35) of the riff's take. then flatten it. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3027/2553215112_6ab3995b75_o.png now grab the left side and drag it back to reveal the first part of your riff! for some reason this doesn't work on the right side very well, it does a little, but the left side will let you go back to the beginning of your takes. so if you had a nice little groove going, you can easily spread it across a few more measures without have to copy, select take, flatten, copy, select take, flatten, and so on. i didn't see this in the manual, but i didn't look too hard for it.
