Am running logic 6.4 on 10.3.7 and am having probs with sample editing within th 'digital factory'....i can effect an audio file and 'process and paste ' it but it won't give me an option to pre-listen before hand. Gives trial and error a whole new meaning! Regarding the Prelisten button, the manual says 'not available for all digital hardware.' Does this mean i bought the wrong audio interface? (m-audio firewire 410). Also, i'm trying to playback my own audio files instead of standard library files thru' the exs24. I've added my the file of my own sounds to the 'Sampler instruments' file in the logic 6 folder, rebooted, but alas no recognition of my file in the drop menu on the exs24, hence i can't play any of them via that method.
