luckyal
From time to time I get an alert that says "duplicate samples have been found", and asks me which to use. It's really annoying. Is there a good way for finding the duplicates and deleting them? I don't want to accidentally delete required samples.

David Nahmani
When you get that alert, you should see the paths to each sample. See which one is the "normal" path and which one is the duplicate, go to the Finder and delete the duplicate.
