oboytrakzz
I recently bought a iMac, so i jumped on Logic pro 8 as well. This is my question. I already have Reason 4.0.1, So I'm trying to create a new workflow. I'm thinking since I'm so use to Reason, I'll continue to use it as before, only polish the track in Logic. I tried tracking out each individual track from Reason, as a wav file and imported it into Logic, but it's got to be an easier way. My question is, thru rewire, no midi, just audio, how can I send audio from the aux channels strips to the audio channels, And that way, I can record from Reason to Logic, separated tracks, in one take. I know about setting up the audio output from Reason, but after that I'm stuck. Thru the mixer in Logic, I can hear, and adjust, each track from Reason to Logic, ( Channel audio out from Reason to Logic aux channel strips with rewire), But I can't record the audio. I'm new with Logic. Thank you very much for your help.
shipjumper
I was able to use the export tracks function in Logic 7 when I had Reason rewired into Logic. All the Export Tracks function worked with Rewire tracks. Not aux tracks, but the Rewire tracks we exported. I have NOT tried this in Logic 8, but it probably works just the same. So Rewire and export away.
