JonnyJobe Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 Hi, I'm new to home recording and I've quickly discovered that I need an audio interface with 8 XLR inputs. I'm looking into either the MOTU 896 or a Presonus Firepod but would be open to any other suggestions. My budget is $500 and under and I'm probably going for a used unit. I know the MOTU 896 is an older interface so would it work well in Logic Pro 8? I'm running Logic Pro 8 on a Macbook Pro. Thanks so much in advance for any suggestions.
