Deadtoday
Finally upgraded to Logic 8 after logic 7 wasn't compatible with intel. Can anyone tell me how to install sampletank 2 xl into Logic?
David Nahmani
Load the DVD, double-click the installer, follow the moves? I've never used Sample Tank, but that's usually the process for any 3rd party software. If there is a choice, make sure you choose the A.U. (Audio Units) version of the plug-in. The installer should copy a file with the extension ".component" in the following folder: ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
Waterboy
Yup. I have SampleTank 2 XL and L8, too. It works just fine - and what David said will get you where you need to be.
Deadtoday
Thanks guys, yea I followed the instructions but when I had it in my logic 7 setup it automatically forwarded me to the right logic folder. This time it just installed and thats it, wasn't put into a logic folder.
