consagrado Posted December 7, 2008 Share Posted December 7, 2008 Hi guys its been a while since iv been able to post....stuf with the band has been insane but whatever....while tracking some new stuff we have realized that we need a rhythm electric guitar something nice...we play Modern Blues, Funk, Pop, Rock stuff and want something versatile... i play rhythm and have been looking around for an electric guitar that would go well with our lead guitarists strat.....iv been eyeing the Gibson LP studio i already own a PRS SE custom...but i modded it with some zak wylde EMGs and they really dont fit in...they are too tight and compressed for what we play... im willing to take suggestions...im really needing something to take into the studio soon and would really like some feedback... NOTE: if I do get the studio i will fit it with locking tuners, the TonePro Bridge and tailpieces, and strap locks....to make it match up with the LP standard (reason why I just dont buy a standard: too much money, hate locking jacks, and the pickups are waaaaay too hot) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
