XUINNHOTMAIL.COM
Hi there I was hoping someone can help me out. I am curious to know how I should save my rewire projects in Logic 8. For example I rewire a Thor synth from reason 4 into logic and build my track up within logic. When it comes time to save my logic session how do I save everything I have tweaked on the Thor synth in reason? Do I save both sessions separately? And when it comes time to open my logic session again I just reload the saved reason project so I loose all the tweaking I did on the Thor? or is there another option within logic I have missed via rewiring reason. Hope someone can help me out Cheers Mikex
wiffbi
Hi, yes, you save both sessions independently. Here is what I do: I save the Logic project first and then save the Reason-file inside that Logic project folder, so everything is in the same place. Opening is straightforward just opening those files respectively. Just make sure you have Logic open before Reason to have the Rewire-Conncetion going. If the Rewire-Connection is already established, it does not matter if open the Logic Project or the .rsn-file first.
