02R96 as control surface

I wonder if there is a simple way to make Logic 7.1 go offline during offline bouncing. The only way I know is to delete the whole control setup. If I dont do this, Logic is constantly showing the following alert;

 

Logic Pro is unable to communicate with "02R96". Please powercycle "02R96" and check its connections. If "02R96" is working properly, communication will automatically be resumed.

 

This alert stops the bouncing prosess, and is coming back every 10 seconds if I just click "OK". The same thing is happening when I close a session, and dont open a new one fast enough.

 

Another thing thats bugging me is the midi out activity. It still showing a lot of "note 1 C-2 OFF" even after upgrading to Logic 7.1. Why is that?
