bartp Posted July 28, 2009 Share Posted July 28, 2009 Hello, is it possible to assign a footcontroller button to more than one controller/parameter in Mainstage 2? i like to use the same footcontroller button to control different parameters depending on the sound i am using. herr gunstig Posted July 28, 2009 Share Posted July 28, 2009 Yes, just hit the plus button in the Screen Control Inspector area, then you can add as many mappings as you want. lohogan Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 The workaround to have more than one parameter mapping for one foot controller in MS1 is to put multiple foot controllers on the screen, all mapped to the one physical foot controller, then map each of the screen foot controllers to whatever parameters you want. I've been using a single foot controller to control the expression of up to four keyboard patches at the same time that way. MS2 is nicer, though.
