yamahadrums
Here's the deal. I've created a Fader and a Transformer in the Environment, both connected to two channels, so when I move the Fader down for one of the channels the other goes up. This reflects on my Tascam's 1884 faders. So far so good. How can I make the control surface channels react the same way when I push them by hand? fader8
You still want to maintain independent control of each channel from the control surface, right? So you need to create a track that points to a new fader that controls the X-fade. Easier to show it than explain it. See attached. f8_X-Fader-Auto.logic.zip
yamahadrums
No, I want to make the same X-Fade thing, but from my Control surface. Unfortunately that doesn't happen. When I move one of my Tascam's faders the other doesn't move. It works only when I move the X-Fader in the Environment.
fader8
Then you don't need to create a fader. All you need is a couple of reversing transformers. Like this: f8_X-Fader-Auto-V2.logic.zip
yamahadrums
That's it! Thanks, fader8!
shivermetimbers
You may want to x-fade using aux's. You can send the source from the intended channel strips and have total control over the volume.
