logicfan11
Hi guys, i needed an upright bass for a project i'm working on and couldn't afford any new instrument plugins. Since the default upright bass isn't that nice (at least in my opinion for the project i'm working on) i decided to tweak a bit and see what i can do. It helped me so maybe it will help you, too and you guys helped me a lot About the preset: It's a bit deeper than the default one, a little bit EQ, some compression and a tiny bit of ambience. I think you need Logic Pro 9 for it so please tell me if you need a version that works in Logic Express. Here's a little loop played through the preset, please make sure your speakers aren't at full volume Put it in ~/Library/Application Support/Logic/Channel Strip Settings/Instrument I hope you like it Custom Upright Bass.cst
mightymag
Hey, I kinda like it. Definitely an improvement, and in a mix would be particularly sweet.
