Show any combination of regions in one Matrix window

Ever wished you could see the notes from two different instruments in the Matrix and ONLY those notes so you could easily tighten up their start and end points? Here's how.

In the Matrix window, choose:

View>Show Selected Regions Only

You may have to double click on the Matrix background to enable this function. You'll also need some regions in the arrange to show up in the Matrix.

Next, turn off the link button on the Matrix window. Now, any combination of regions you select will show up in the Matrix, assuming the selected regions are roughly in the same area.

This work great if you set up a screenset with an arrange window on top and Matrix window on the bottom with it's link button off and with View>Show Selected Regions Only turned on. Whichever regions you select will just pop up in the Matrix. And you can also shift-click regions in the arrange to add or subtract their notes in the Matrix.
