nymortgagepro Posted November 4, 2006 Share Posted November 4, 2006 If I was you, I would use reason with logic through rewire to do my drums, I also feel your pain, I don't think logic is where it should be in regards to step programming. sona Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 yup, rewire reason into your logic mixer, and keep using your previous drumkits. it's not hard to do and once you've created the template, start all your new projects with it and all that work will be already done for you and ready to go. that would be the simplest way to go in the short term. a fairly cheap and unbelievably good sounding alternative would be to get EZrummer from toontrack, i just got it and it's so realistic sounding and simple to use i'm just beside myself with glee. being a guitarist who gets forced to spend days working on a drum track for a song, this thing is a godsend. check it out.
