funkster Posted November 10, 2006 Share Posted November 10, 2006 Hi guys.. Im running og WINXP with SP2 and I've tried to switch to Logic 5.5.1.. I've installed it and everything worked fine.. But When I choose a device for ASIO on the next start the program shows error and shuts down.. It happens when it read "direct show init" of the asio and shuts.. I'm using MAckie Onyx FX card, but I dont think it's the problem.. It also shuts down when I try to use other asio driver (full duplex or the other card).. Please help me to solve this problem.. stratotak Posted November 12, 2006 Share Posted November 12, 2006 Have you tried using the logic plugin tool enabler and disabling directx plugins I you have any on there??I use to have problems with it crashing at splash screen and it was a directx plugin causing it.I disabled it and it ran fine.
