prospect
I have always been told that when you upgrade RAM you should always do it in pairs. For example. My MBP currently has 1 stick of 1gb ram. I want to add another gig of ram. Buying just one more stick of RAM from a randon manufacturer may throw my computer off. (i.e. into a kernel panic) So the smart thing to do is buy 2 1GIG sticks from the same vendor and manufacturer to upgrade to 2 gigs instead of buying them separately. Is that clear? What have been your experiences with this?
