bonkerspr
Hi, my name is Manuel, i am new to this forum, i have installed some au components to my mac pro computer, but when i start logic some of these componenets do not appear in logic. The components are installed on: /Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components. so i guess that this is the correct location because other plugins installed there is on logic. But others not. Please, anyone can help me with this issue? I will be very thankful.
triplets
Are they cracked components? Some of them don't work.

triplets
Run the Audio Units manager from Logic, see if they are not validated.

Jordi Torres
Open Logic in 32bit mode, then switch back to 64 if you like. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3199 J.

n6smith
Are you sure you are installing the AU versions of these plugins? i.e. The AU version of EW's Play for Symphonic Choirs or if you are using the much older version.. Kontakt? If Play or Kontakt or any other plugins you are trying to use, do not show up at all in the AU manager then it would appear you have installed either the VST or RTAS versions.. which will not work with Logic... or you have not installed the AU version correctly. BenLb
Make sure that these aren't Power PC components for some reason (although they shouldn't be if they are the newest versions). Do a Get Info on them to make sure they are Intel or Universal Binary.
