scooterburger
I noticed under the options button on the EXS24 that there is a conversion for DLS files. I have about 16 gig of nice sounds that need to be converted but I can't get my EXS24 to see them. The programs end in the extension .wve and all the samples are .wav. Has anyone tried this conversion or know anything about it?? thanks, scooterburger
carrierandoperator
the manual details where you have to place them on your hdd for exs to locate and convert them. sfz is prolly the extension you want to use.

scooterburger
Thanks for the response! So I guess you're saying that I should change all the .wve extensions to .sfz extensions? Because I put it in Library>Application Support>Logic>Sampler Instruments like the manual said and I even tried it in my users folder>Library>Application Support>Logic>Sampler Instruments but no luck. So I'll try to change the program extensions and see what happens. thanks
scooterburger
No go. It's not seeing any of these DLS wave files. scooterburger
