Logic Pro 11 will be released in a few hours

Los Angeles Logic Pro User Group Meeting Tue, Dec 12

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody,

Our next Los Angeles Logic Pro User Group meeting will be next Tuesday, December 12th, @ RSPE (http://www.rspe.com/) in Toluca Lake/North Hollywood.

IMPORTANT: WE NEED YOU TO RSVP so we can have an idea of how much food and drinks to order, and how many parking spaces to reserve. Please respond to this email, leaving the title intact, with a simple "I'll be there" as the body of the message. Thank you.

We are honored to have for special guest Andrew Finley of Apple Computer, who started to work for the Logic team back in the 'Emagic days' and is now a system engineer for Logic Pro. He will present a few tips and trick, and the topics are a SURPRISE!!

We were also trying to have Apogee be present and present their new solutions for native audio systems, and integration with Logic Pro... however nothing is set in stone as of yet, so again here, this will be a suprise. ;-) If nobody from Apogee can be present I would love to show you a few new tips and tricks that I recently discovered myself.

Last but not least, big big thank you to both Big Fish Audio (http://www.bigfishaudio.com/) and Spectrasonics (http://www.spectrasonics.net/) for providing us with FREE STUFF to GIVEAWAY! We'll have a bunch of DVDs full of Apple Loops, REX files and other samples, a copy of STYLUS RMX, and RSPE themselves (http://www.rspe.com/) will most probably throw in a couple of giveaways, so some of you will have an early Christmas!

The LALPUG meeting is free, open to all, and starts at 7pm. For RSPE address and directions, please go to http://logicprohelp.com/usergroup.php

I look forward to seeing you all next week. My best,
