hongeel Posted October 28, 2011 Share Posted October 28, 2011 i have checked almost everything.... but i just dont understand why my LogicPro cant pick up the mic signal. the signal meter is moving on the Fireface mixer bar and in Mac so i know the signal is going into my computer and the hardware part of the set up was fine, but in logic its not showing anything... i have put my recording input device as Fireface 800 (A0C) But its just not working =[ very frustrated. can any of you help me out here? please! thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Did you check to make sure you've selected the correct input number for the record-enabled channel strip? If unsure, try a little test: create as many tracks as possible set to input 1, with the "ascending" check box selected, so you have a bunch of tracks set to all the available inputs on your Fireface. Make sure they're all record-enabled, see if one of them is receiving the audio? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
hongeel Posted October 29, 2011 Author Share Posted October 29, 2011 hi there~~ thank you so much for helping me out as for the Mac meter i was talking about the system preference/sound/input and there you can check your input on mac and theres a meter, but anyways i did what you told me...and i found one channel that was able to receive a signal.. yay!!! and then i just rushed here haha,.so what do i do next??
