zaque Posted January 25, 2007 Share Posted January 25, 2007 Question probably for your Environment savy users out there... I have a mixing console (AH GS3000) that can transmit MMC. I'd like to be able to use some of the transport features on the GS3000 to control logic. I believe that Logic will respond to "Play" and "Stop" if I enable the Listen to MMC option but I'd also like to be able to record arm tracks in Logic. Is there a way that I can transform MMC to MIDI and pass onto Logic using the environment? This just popped into my head and I'm not in front of my console (in fact, I am in the process of moving my studio so it's not even hooked up but I'm trying to plan for some changes at the new location). I just wonder if this is possible and if others out there are doing it. Don't need the step-by-step, just some helpful suggestions and some reassurance that it's possible. Thanks!
