scalingwallofsound
I know this has been covered before, but there seems to be one step I'm missing. I'm trying to synch the project tempo with the microKorg so the arpeggiator synchs up correctly. I know to set the Korg's midi clock to EXT, send the midi synchro to the correct port, and set up a midi click track. I've done all these things and...silence. I feel like there is one step I'm missing - perhaps with the midi click track. I don't seem to be able to get that correct. I'm not stupid, but I don't see the connection. I created a midi click in the environment window, and put it onto the Klop track..what else is there to do? I don't understand how to set up a correct midi click track so the Korg gets it. Thanks in advance, and sorry for possibly beating a dead horse...
Jordi Torres
To send MIDI clock from Logic to the Microkorg, go to Project Settings > Synchronization > MIDI > MIDI Clock and choose the appropriate port destination. http://help.apple.com/logicpro/mac/9.1.6/en/logicpro/usermanual/Art/S10/S1052_SET_SyncMidi.png J.
