logicizer
Here`s a tip on how to have a clean arrangement of your tracks. But in the video, I can`t get what he is saying towards the end... It`s when he says SHIFT, ALT, N? is that correct. Doesn`t work in my L9 http://beta.musicradar.com/tuition/tech/good-housekeeping-in-logic-pro-8-177601
Jordi Torres
The command is Name Regions by Tracks/Channel Strips. By default the key combo is Option (Alt)+Shift+N. So he's correct. Keep in mind the regions must be selected for the command to work. J.
David Nahmani
Actually that command is unassigned by default (in the initialized set of key commands). If you choose the U.S. preset of key commands then it is assigned to Option-Shift-N. To assign it you can click the Arrange area's local "Region" menu, then hold down Control as you choose "Name Regions by Tracks/Channel Strips" in that menu (toward the bottom). The key command window opens with that command selected. Now click "Learn by Key Label" and press the desired key combination. Close the Key Command window when done.
